What an empty and useless article! The author repeats a number of times the same statement. He never really explains how this works. Some statements really need some more words (like how the solar panel is storing energy). I finished reading with a feeling like you_got_me.

Sorry if you never found this article up to scratch. Trudy and myself read over it again now. We wouldn’t go so far as to calling it empty, but it did lack some important details as you pointed out.
